Few classes or activities offer the diverse skills that are gained from working on the yearbook. Students learn journalism skills such as reporting, writing, photography, photo editing, and graphic arts. Skills in current technology are gained in computers, business software, desktop publishing, digital imaging, and word processing. Life skills in communication, time management, project management, problem solving, and general business are acquired.
Each year, in the spring, and through the summer, we accept applications for the next year's staff. We meet in August to start developing the yearbook for the up coming year. Please call the office for more information. 858-541-2254
