Something happens in football for young men that women will never understand. We barely understand it ourselves. It does not happen only in football, but whenever we are face to face with someone or something that threatens our pride, strength, and manhood. It involves both the creation of men as they differ from women, and the fall through sin which made man's work different from women. We men won't admit it, but football for some of us has become too large, especially on Sunday afternoon. To understand this one must understand that to strip a man of all battlefields in life is to devalue his manhood. We at HCS invite all good battlefields which invite men and women into the fray which mimics the 'good fight' in life.

Our 2013 Flag Football Season runs

August 20th through November 22nd!

Practices:  Tuesdays and Thursdays 2 - 4pm

LEAGUE GAMES & PLAY OFFS: Fridays 3 - 5pm  -  This time is tentative so check with the coaches at practice or check back here periodically.

LOCATION: Mission Village Christian Fellowship at 2650 Melbourne Dr., San Diego, CA 92123 (click on address for google map)

Young men 11-14 are eligible for J.V./ 11 to 18 for Varsity.  As long as the player is the appropriate age before Sept 1, he may be eligible for the specific team. (See Ralph Ziegler regarding exceptions for younger players to participate)

Cost per player will be determined at a later date.
