Children of the Nations Update

We've raised $1121.00 for 4484 meals. 

SAVE THE DATE: Our meal packaging event is scheduled for Thursday, March 8 at 1:45pm at Del Cerro Baptist Church.  Our HCS goal is to raise contributions for 50,000 meals by March 1.
If you would like to contribute, checks can be made payable and mailed to the HCS office, 5725 Kearny Villa Rd, Suite G, SD 92123

High School Students - Enter YOUR Funniest Home Movie...

Evening entertainment at the 2012 Winter Formal will include screenings of the winning Heritage student produced funny home videos.

NOTE: The deadline for submitting your videos is Monday February 13th.

Requirements:

1. Heritage high school students can submit a 1-3 minute "Funny Home Video" which they have produced (these are not your favorites found on YouTube).

2. Must be submitted by February 13th in .mov, .avi, or wmv format to Mr. Jan Park at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Finalist:

1. Videos will be reviewed by a committee and finalist will be selected to be screened at the Winter Formal. Committee will be making selections based on funny entertainment value, quality of production and will ensure that videos are appropriate for a Heritage school event (language, music lyrics if music used) and that the short video is funny and entertaining for a large audience (not only funny to your own family).

2. Finalist will be notified prior to the formal. Selected videos will be screened at the Winter Formal and attendees will be given an opportunity to vote. Prizes awarded to winners.

The meals will provide food for destitute children and families in Africa and the Dominican Republic.
