Each month a school wide field trip is planned for the school.  Attendance is voluntary, but we hope our families will take an occasional  break from the regular school routine to come and have some fun with other HCS families.  Field Trips are posted in the HCS monthly newsletters, and are listed on the HCS Calendar.

• All those who are registered for a field trip will get a confirmation email one week in advance of the trip.  

• Please note:  those who send in registrations after trips are FULL and/or after the postmark deadline will receive theirs "returned to sender" in the mail.

8:15 am  This is a half-day field trip in San Diego bay on a boat outfitted with oceanographic equipment specifically for student use. Please see the attached flyer/registration form.

Enjoy a Self-Guided Tour of our world-renowned zoo: 100 acres in size, housing over 4,000 animals, and comprising more than 800 species from the forests and jungles of the world.
